Bronze Beauty! Now available for sale at Muscle Car Warehouse is this amazing 1969 Holden HT Monaro GTS. Another beautiful example of its model and still registered to the daughter of the original owner. This car has had zero modifications and is as it left the showroom floor way back in 1969. The car was treated to a respray approximately 15 years ago in its original Daytona Bronze at which time the GTS stripes were added as the car was not ordered with them from new. The HT was assembled in the Dandenong plant in Victoria and delivered to Wattie Corrie Motors PTY LTD. The Sandalwood trim could not compliment the Daytona Bronze exterior any better and again is without any modifications. Still housing the matching number 186S engine and four speed manual transmission. The car has never been unregistered and still wears the number plates from 1969. Only becoming harder to get. Enjoy as is or upgrade to a V8 either way this Monaro is one not to be missed out on. Please contact one of our friendly staff to make an appointment to view this car.

One of Japan’s all-time greats, Nissan's legendary R32 Skyline GT-R was a technological Tour de Force conceived with one goal in mind - to dominate Group A Touring Car racing. Unveiled in 1989, Nissan's engineers came up with the most sophisticated Japanese car yet, combining all-wheel drive and the Super HICAS all-wheel steering system with a sublime DOHC 2.6-litre in-line six. Conservatively rated at 276 bhp in road-going form (the real output was nearer 300 bhp), the R32's high-tech RB26DETT engine was capable of achieving more like 500 bhp in full race specification, thanks four valves per cylinder and twin turbos. Nissan's homologation special was clothed in typically understated bodywork that belied its performance potential; indeed, an R32 GT-R unofficially held the lap record at the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in Germany. Of course, the R32's track record here in Australia is well known - thanks to its dominance on local circuits in the early 1990s, the Skyline earned the nickname 'Godzilla'. Despite attempts by officialdom to slow ‘Godzilla’ down, drivers Mark Skaife and Jim Richards were able to virtually win at will. The partisan crowds at Bathurst may not have appreciated the Nissan's dominance at the time, but the R32 certainly earned the respect of the Australian motoring public. A limited run of just 100 road cars were sold by Nissan in Australia, priced at almost $110,000 apiece. Available in just three colours (red, black and silver), the Aussie GT-Rs differed from their Japanese counterparts in several details, including the badges, outer tail lamp lenses, Maxima stereo unit and Bosch roof-mounted aerial.

1961 Chevrolet Corvette C1 Sting Ray Roadster 2dr Man 4sp 283ci/270HP - Matching "CE" Numbers - ONLY 1 Collector Owner in the US-1 ONLY here in Australia - Unrestored
We are very pleased to offer to you this great opportunity in securing this stunning and iconic 1961 Chevrolet Corvette C1 Stingray Convertible full matching numbers unrestored exterior and a 1 owner from new in the US with her second owner personally sourcing and imported this time machine C1 directly of the first owner to Victoria and has been on club rego since landing here. This iconic C1 Corvette has been lovingly owned from new with est 81,000mls travelled believed to be accurate with her original engine CE. Her original 283ci/270HP with her 4BBL Single carb are all in great working order and she is mated to her Hurst 4 Speed manual gearbox married to her LSD. The last year of the C1 was a one of year as the General Motors executives decided to review some of Mitchell's designs and made the decision to "green light" a restyling of Corvette for the 1961 model year. Bill Mitchell (Corvette Designer) had begun the process of developing a prototype for an all new Corvette that would go on to become known as the "Mako Shark I." He had also championed a team of Chevrolet designers in developing both cosmetic and performance upgrades to the existing C1 body styling. The most pronounced of Mitchell's changes was the introduction of a freshened rear end design. The "ducktail" design (as it has become known amongst Corvette enthusiasts) was virtually lifted from the Stingray race car as well as Mitchell's XP-700 show car but bonus from a practicality standpoint, the redesign of the rear end of the Corvette C1/2 enabled an increase in available luggage space by twenty percent (20%). The new rear end also showcased a pair of small, round taillights on each side of the license plate recess. (These re-designed tail lights would become synonymous with Corvette and would be a standard feature (in one form or another) on all future generations of Corvette).
This never to be repeated again opportunity is upon you now and if your in the market for a superb period correct highly preserved '61 C1 as she was sold new and still in LHD configuration to ensure future values especially being sold back to the US as prices have been strong for the "right" C1 and C2 Corvette's. A head turning iconic Stingray finished in her original paintwork of Black Tuxedo with Santeen Silver Coves over her stunning retrimmed but original color of Stingray Red cockpit. With recent mechanical and service completed including upgrades for useability a new larger radiator coolant hoses and full flush, oil pan, valve cover, new exhaust system complete and alternator conversion. She is an absolute pleasure to drive and creates smiles where ever you go and causes conversations every time you park. With all period correct gauges and interior cabin finishes as she left the factory back in Sept 1961 it really is a sense of an occasion every time you get behind the wheel and the assurance of her strong pedigree assures your investment. This is a great addition to any US Muscle car collection or enthusiast looking for a fantastic iconic period correct summer cruiser at massive value considering the cost of importing/current exchnage rates or restoring such a prime example, for the value she represents why would you bother she is ready to go now.

Based on the humble Impreza family car, Subaru's mighty WRX ranks right at the top of the list of motoring cult cars. The combination of all-wheel drive grip, turbocharging and, crucially, a keen sale price all contributed to this legend - not to mention images of the signature blue and gold works cars howling through the forests in the World Rally Championship. Introduced in 1992, the WRX shared the underpinnings of the previous Liberty/Legacy RS, but each part was refined, enhanced, and encased in a smaller body. Australian delivered cars received a 155-kW version of the EJ20, 2.0-litre horizontally opposed turbo 4-cylinder coupled to the familiar constant all-wheel drive system. A four-speed auto was made available, though most buyers went with the five-speed manual. Acceleration was phenomenal, easily a match for the local V8s of the day, but it was the extraordinary levels of grip the WRX had that made it a legend the era. The flagship two-door STI model arrived in 1999 and limited to just 399 cars for the Australian market.

Muscle Car Warehouse are again proud to offer for sale this 1998 Subaru Impreza WRX STI two door!! This car is one of only 399 delivered to the Australian market and are slowly becoming harder to find. Firstly, sold and delivered to the first owner through Cullen’s of Arncliffe in Sydney on the 22nd of January,1999. It is believed to have had only two owners in its life. Finished in the iconic colour of Rally Blue Metallic with all the original STI additions including, badging, spoilers, and gold rims. This STI has no modifications and is still in great untouched condition and is displaying approximately 122,000 kilometres. It still retains its original logbook, owner’s manual, and other items for the vehicle. This car is a must have for any Japanese car enthusiast. Please contact one of our friendly staff to make an appointment to view this car at our Kogarah showroom.

Named after the Monaro region in New South Wales (although pronounced differently), Holden's new coupé was introduced in July 1968 in a two-door pillarless hardtop design available in three models: base, GTS and GTS 327. The base Monaro had a standard 161 cubic inch six cylinder engine or the extra cost options of two versions of 186 cubic inch six cylinder engines. The Monaro GTS came standard with the more powerful 186'S' engine and both base model and GTS could be optioned with a 307 cubic inch Chevrolet sourced V8 engine. The exclusive Monaro 'GTS 327' model was powered by a 327 cubic inch Chevrolet V8 engine rated at 250 horsepower, available only with a 4-speed manual transmission. The HK Monaro GTS327 gave Holden its first victory in the 1968 Hardie-Ferodo 500 at the hands of Bruce McPhee and co-driver Barry Mulholland. Whilst Mulholland only drove one of the total 130 race laps, McPhee drove the remainder and also scored both pole position and fastest lap of the race.

Up for sale here is this genuine Holden HK Monaro GTS. Lovingly owned by the current owner since 1990 and restored in 2001. Restored with the intention of being used and enjoyed. The Ermine White paintwork still presents well with only very minor signs of wear and tear. Still sporting GTS wheel arch moulds, striping, and badging. The trim in this car is also still in beautiful condition and all done to original specs with the only modification being an aftermarket CD player that has been installed in the glovebox so that the original theme is kept within the interior. The car sits tastefully on American Racing wheels, again still in great condition. Under the bonnet is of course a healthy V8 Chev engine which runs perfectly. Backing that is a Saginaw four speed manual transmission and then finally a 10 bolt Salisbury diff. Since being restored this Monaro has been entered in many shows such as Summernats and the 2004 Monaro Nationals at Bathurst where it took out Top HK modified. It has always been garaged and only travelled 20,000 miles since the restoration was completed. For any further information do not hesitate to contact Muscle Car Warehouse.

The significant refinements where to include a stronger, more rigid frame for improved handling, and much more!! Take a look inside and you’ll see all the lights and gauges work and a functioning AM/FM radio.

The XA model first introduced in (1972-1973), a totally new design, was the first Falcon completely designed and built in Australia , designers had the opportunity of designing a (pillar-less variant) and a more ‘Australianised’ car. The result was a bulky coke bottle design, sleek in appearance featuring a bigger body, roomy interior and the feel of a fighter pilot cockpit (dashboard), available with a wider choice of engines and a longer list of options on offer. During the time of the XA build, Ford had already closed down its Falcon(XA) GT HO Phase IV program in the wake of the ‘supercar scare’ in 1972. with enough parts left over from the homologated Phase IV model, Ford created a special batch of XA GT’s called (RPO83) Regular Production Option with a total build number of 250 (120 hardtops and 130 sedans), all were virtually unique which featured a bigger 780 cfm carburettor, extractors, a long-range fuel tank and a baffled sump, some extra components such as long shaft top loader gearbox and a Detroit locker nodular iron 9″ diff were also added to the list but not necessarily documented on the build sheet and quietly sold them off without making a fuss and taking away the spotlight of its predecessor as they were destine to top sales with public demand and popularity, they have become arguably as collectible as the XY GT HO Phase3

In fact, the XA model arguably the boldest design of any Falcon model to date this is about true-blue Australian muscle car majesty, with the XA model claiming Bathurst podiums 2 years in a row and being the only Ford model to do so of the 70’s makes this a special model to acquire and add to any collection as it is sure to appreciate in value by leaps & bounds in the future. With recent headlines in Australia, emerging of the classic car sector being the new money-maker, of vintage classic’s hidden away in garages, sheds and overgrown paddocks across the country, value of these classic and historic homegrown vehicles are steadily accruing in Australia and around the world.
