The Holden VL Commodore has fast become one of the most popular models produced in the Commodore series. To find one these days in an unmodified state like this example is almost unheard of, particularly being a factory V8 built car. Holden Commodore VL Berlina , factory delivered LV2 5.0L V8 Automatic car which has a spectacular history background,1 of 5 cars in 1988 supplied by Zupps and owned by GMH Holden Acacia Ridge QLD , was used by the Bridgestone Precision Driving Team . Managed by Lloyd Robertson.Prior to its exhibitions it was heavily modified by Ex-Rally Champ Murray Coote head of MCA Suspension and carried out the following works,*Rally Torsion Bars,* Koni Suspension, *Hydraulic Hand Brake, *Strut Suspension and Body Re-enforcement , paintwork with all graphics done by the current driver of the D-Max Team (Dave Shannon).
