With a mind blowing 9.1 ET under its belt thanks to a BK Race Engines 443 cubic inch Ford Windsor that pumps out 881 horsepower! As you would imagine the engine has all the fruit starting with an 1175cfm APD carbie sitting on top of a Edelbrock Victor inlet manifold. Other components such as a Callies crankshaft, Diamond cut pistons and Oliver conrods help to get this stunning XY down the quarter mile. Backing the engine up is a full manual Ford C4 automatic with a B&M shifter and an 8-inch 6500 convertor. Naturally the diff is none other than a Ford 9 inch with 3.7 gears, Mark Williams axles and Calvert shocks. A custom PWR Performance radiator with matching twin thermos keeps the temps down and the spark is taken care of by an MSD Grid unit. The appearance is essentially all factory GT finished in Raw Orange but of course with necessary upgrades such as a fibreglass reverse cowl hood and Weld AlumaStar wheels. Wilwood front brakes help pull it after it has blasted over the 400-metre mark. The interior is all per factory specs but again with the necessary additions like a removable roll cage and Auto Meter gauges to monitor things accurately. A second rear bumper bar with a parachute is included in the sale for when the car is in race form. The car is fully registered in New South Wales and can be comfortably driven anywhere at any time! No factory options were ordered on this car although genuine integrated air conditioning has been added to the vehicle at some stage of its life. The body is finished in its original colour of Diamond White and still presents nicely. All badging and striping as per factory. The interior still houses the original seats, door trims, centre console, carpets, steering wheel, dash fascia, Super Fringe push button radio and working clock. Muscle Car Warehouse now offer for sale this beautiful Ford XB Falcon 500. Commissioned by the Victorian Police force when it was used as an unmarked highway patrol car until 1977. It was originally ordered with a 351 T code engine (identical to the Falcon GT), FMX automatic transmission and a 9” diff. Further to this this car was also factory fitted with power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, tramp rods and a dual exhaust system. This car is basically a Falcon GT in a Falcon 500 body! Finished in the subtle colour of Skyview Blue and saddle trim and believed to be one of only six cars ordered in the colour with the T code engine. Other notable features are a GT bonnet and driving lights. Currently running 12 slot wheels and GS caps but with the original steel rims and dog dish hubcaps included. Still running the matching number engine with original components such as Motorcraft coil, engine lift hooks, the dog tag on the radiator support and original four-barrel Motorcraft carbie still with the car. Initially restored approximately eight years ago and only just receiving a detail including a three-step paint correction including ceramic coating. The Emerald Fire paintwork is presents in great condition and is beautifully complimented by gold-coloured accents and decals. Other additions include a front spoiler and new Aqua tread red wall tyres with the original twelve slot wheels. The original Saddle trim was treated to cloth inserts which again, we have never seen before which makes this XB GT super special. Built in April of 2016 and purchased from Biti Motors in Culcairn NSW. Finished in beautiful Victory Gold with all the exclusive Sprint extras such as badging, striping, rear spoiler, and original Sprint wheels. Sporting the famous 5.0 litre Coyote Supercharged Ford engine that pumps out 345 kilowatts which is 462 horsepower in standard form and with 400 kilowatts and 535 horsepower with “overboost” which will slingshot this Sprint from 0-100 in approximately 4.5 seconds and 12.6 in the standing quarter!! Only 750 examples only ever produced in the Sprint model and this car is build number 106. Of the 750 XR8 Sprints made 51 were produced in Victory Gold Metallic. Muscle Car Warehouse now has ready for sale this tidy Ford Fairmont XD. Going with the classy Fairmont name tag is the beautiful Hermitage Red colour. The gold pin striping and period correct Bathurst Globe wheels set the car off perfectly. The paintwork has been re done at some stage of the car’s life including door jambs and is still in terrific condition. The interior in the XD is all original and finished in “Camel Cloth” and again is in good condition for its age and still has the original radio and steering wheel. The XD is powered by 351 Cleveland engine which is still the matching number engine for this car making it super desirable. Factory V8 1966 XR Fairmont. This car has gone through an extensive full rotisserie restoration starting with the metal work done by Metal Master and paint by Recreation Automotive which is absolutely stunning. The car then received full assembly by GrandTourer including fully detailed undercarriage. Colour is Sultan Maroon complimented by factory burgundy interior. A wolf in sheep’s clothing!! The Interceptor Falcons were built from Falcon GT 54H body shells including full Falcon GT running gear, larger radiator support with top brace, front crossmember step down plate and dual exhausts. All in a Falcon 500 disguise. New South Wales cars were fitted with FMX automatic transmissions while the Victorian cars were fitted with four speed Top Loader transmissions. This example is finished in Cruise Blue which was a government colour with contrasting tu-tone blue vinyl interior and was used by the New South Wales Police force for highway patrol duties in the Sydney CBD area. The engine is still its original matching numbers 351 Cleveland with 4V heads and FMX automatic transmission. It has also been featured in Unique Car magazine where it also graced the front cover. The XB GT represents the end of an era and is the final chapter in the legendary Ford Falcon GT story. Launched in September 1973, the XB range was restyled with a new split grille, one-piece taillights and some significant mechanical improvements such as the option of four-wheel discbrakes. Having continued the GT lineage with the previous XA, Ford again offered a high performance version of the new XB, moving away from the fire-breathing XR-XY GTs and pitched instead as a more refined GT for the mature executive. Powered by the 351 V8 with a four-barrelcarburettor and developing 300bhp at 5400 rpm, the XB GT certainly wasn't lacking in grunt and could still turn the quarter mile in 15.8 seconds on its way to a theoretical top speed of 200 km/h. With a choice of four-speed Top Loader, Borg Warner Single Rail or three-speed F.M.X automatic transmissions, the XB GT had a limited-slip differential as standard. The XB GT was again sold in either sedan or hardtop guise with blacked-out bonnet, grille and rear panels plus GT badges and luxurious interior. One area the XB GT was improved over its predecessor was the optional fourwheel disc brakes and the press generally sang the praises of the new model - Sports Car World magazine headlined the car as "Ford refines the stormer". In total there were 1950 sedans and 949 hardtop XB GTs built before production ceased in June 1976.
Muscle Car Warehouse is super excited to bring you this irreplaceable example of a Falcon GT, this one of one Ford Falcon XB GT sedan finished in special order colour, New England Green paint code Y051. Believed to be originally one of two made in this particular colour. The first one of the two was stolen and never recovered and this example was ordered as a replacement. This car, built in April 1976 and delivered through “Holmesford” on August 30th, 1976 with a host of factory options such as power steering, integrated air conditioning, power windows and the king of all options, a Golde windback sunroof!! Additional to these options it also features cloth interior, which is all original except for replacement cloth in both front seats, original carpets, radio tape player, tu-tone hood, delete exterior wax, long range fuel tank and an FMX automatic transmission. Dealership accessories consisted of side body protection moulds, electric aerial and internal boot release. Still wearing its original twelve slot wheels with original dress rims, centre caps and period type B.F Goodrich Lifesaver tyres. The GT has been lovingly cared for and maintained by alloy its owners for its whole forty-five year life. Thankfully its original logbook, owners manual and an extensive document trail have also been retained with the car too which verify the 149,000 it has travelled. The car is believed to have had 7-8 owners. As you can see this car has never been restored but instead lovingly maintained by all of its previous owners. Falcon GT nationals award winning car. Being the only one left in existence it is a genuine one of one car and goes without question that it belongs in any serious Falcon GT collection or any car collection for that matter.
