Seeing is believing!! A brand new 2012 Ford FG GT FPV R-SPEC with only 55 kilometres!! Pampered by two careful owners. Everything on this car from the Winter White paint to the spare tyre are brand new!! Press that start button and you are immediately treated to the sound of the thundering supercharged DOHC Coyote V8 engine under the bonnet. This particular example has been optioned with the ZF six-speed sequential automatic transmission and the Brembo brake upgrade. The car is build number 78 and comes with its logbook, compendium, certificate of authenticity and all other related paraphernalia. The FG GT R-Spec came with a raft of changes included a launch control system, stiffer engine and transmission mounts and retuned suspension. The suspension gained stiffer upper control arm bushes, stiffer upper strut mounts and retuned dampers at the front, with the rear gaining higher spring rates, retuned dampers, a larger anti-roll bar and reinforced lower control arms. The rear also gained a wider 9-inch wheel package shod with 275/30 R19 tyres and revised toe-link settings. This "R-Spec" also ended up being a louder car than the regular GT and GT-P despite no particular changes to that effect. The R-Spec split public and owners on not only looks but the package as well. For the first and only time Ford/FPV produced a car with major changes in drive and handling. Many existing FPV owners were quick to down play what was actually quiet a good package which significantly improved drive and performance. In total, 175 units were built painted Silhouette black with red accents and a "C" stripe down each side, echoing the 2012 Ford Laguna Seca. Kinetic blue, Vixen and Winter white were the other colours available to order, featuring black accents and stripe package instead. In 2007, Ford drew inspiration from the hallowed names of the past and recreated a legend with the limited-edition FPV GT Cobra. Released at the Sydney Motor Show in both sedan and Ute models, the new GT celebrated the Cobra name last seen in the Seventies on the famous white and blue XC hardtops that scored a memorable victory at Bathurst in 1977. Indeed, the latest Cobra was unveiled on a parade lap of Mount Panorama before the 2007 Bathurst 1000, exactly 30 years after Colin Bond and Allan Moffat’s triumphant 1-2 finish. As with the first-generation Cobra’s, just 400 individually numbered examples of the new FPV GT Cobra sedan were made available, snapped up by enthusiasts, many of whom already owned one of the original XC Cobras.
This Ford FPV GT Cobra was purchased brand new by the current owner from Carmichael Ford. During that time the owner has made some mechanical upgrades to the car which include Herrod camshafts, aftermarket air box and an X Force exhaust. Other extras consist of dealer fitted Bluetooth set up and a reverse camera. The Cobra is also running factory optioned Brembo brakes. It has also been tuned and runs on 98 octane fuel. Build number is 0336/400 and it is also fitted with the six-speed manual transmission which has been fitted with a Mal Wood Quick Shifter and a Hurst style lever and Tremec gear knob. This Cobra is one of only 127 examples fitted with a manual transmission and is also an ’08 build which marked 30 years since the release of the Ford Falcon XC Cobras. The Cadillac DeVille is the nameplate used by Cadillac over eight generations, originally used to designate a trim level of the 1949 Cadillac Series 62 and later to designate a standalone model in the brand range. The last model marketed specifically as a Deville was the 2005 full-size sedan, at the time, Cadillac's largest model. This Cadillac has been with the current owner for 30 years. Approximately 20 years ago the car was lovingly rebuilt and cared for ever since. Named after the Monaro region in New South Wales (although pronounced differently), Holden's new coupé was introduced in July 1968 in a two-door pillarless hardtop design available in three models: base, GTS and GTS 327. The base Monaro had a standard 161 cubic inch six cylinder engine or the extra cost options of two versions of 186 cubic inch six cylinder engines. The Monaro GTS came standard with the more powerful 186'S' engine and both base model and GTS could be optioned with a 307 cubic inch Chevrolet sourced V8 engine. The exclusive Monaro 'GTS 327' model was powered by a 327 cubic inch Chevrolet V8 engine rated at 250 horsepower, available only with a 4-speed manual transmission. The HK Monaro GTS327 gave Holden its first victory in the 1968 Hardie-Ferodo 500 at the hands of Bruce McPhee and co-driver Barry Mulholland. Whilst Mulholland only drove one of the total 130 race laps, McPhee drove the remainder and also scored both pole position and fastest lap of the race.
Up for sale here is this genuine Holden HK Monaro GTS. Lovingly owned by the current owner since 1990 and restored in 2001. Restored with the intention of being used and enjoyed. The Ermine White paintwork still presents well with only very minor signs of wear and tear. Still sporting GTS wheel arch moulds, striping, and badging. The trim in this car is also still in beautiful condition and all done to original specs with the only modification being an aftermarket CD player that has been installed in the glovebox so that the original theme is kept within the interior. The car sits tastefully on American Racing wheels, again still in great condition. Under the bonnet is of course a healthy V8 Chev engine which runs perfectly. Backing that is a Saginaw four speed manual transmission and then finally a 10 bolt Salisbury diff. Since being restored this Monaro has been entered in many shows such as Summernats and the 2004 Monaro Nationals at Bathurst where it took out Top HK modified. Released in September 2002 and produced until August 2004 (with a Series II released in August 2003), the VY series was the first major design departure (both inside and out) of the third generation Commodore range released in August 1997.Unusually, the VY also introduced a limited edition SS wagon featuring the same 235 kW (315 hp) V8 (upgraded to 245 kW or 329 hp for Series II), body kit and sports suspension as the SS sedan. However, it was equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels as opposed to the 18-inch wheels on the sedan. 500 such wagons were produced for Series I, and 350 for Series II. The SS was the flagship sports model of the VY range.

The facelifted VS series Maloo utility was released in April 1995. 173 examples were produced. It featured a 5.0-litre V8 engine still producing 185 Kw. The Series II version was introduced in June 1996 and carried through in its original form to August 1997, during which time 280 examples were produced. The last HSV update of the VS Maloo followed Holden's release of a VS Series III Ute that, for the first time, included a V8 SS version. In 1999, HSV introduced an improved VS III Maloo with a wiring upgrade to support the revised 195 kW V8. The VS III Maloo's legacy is to be the last HSV vehicle to be fitted with the 'original' Holden V8 engine.

Celebrating 30 years since Moffat and Bonds 1-2 finish, Ford released this interpretation of the original, the FPV GT-R Spec Cobra MKII.
FPV released a total of 400 Cobra “R-Spec” sedans plus 100 FPV utes. Relative to the other FPV models , power was increased to 302kW, making this the only R-Spec to feature both the upgraded handling package and engine upgrade. This particular model is number 113/400. It has just ticked over 10,000kms in which you can definitely notice in the condition of the vehicle. Regrettable sale as the owner never got to use it. The car has been garaged for most of its life and has never seen wet conditions.
The current owner has taken the BOSS302 engine package to the next level, not holding out $$$ on performance parts; attaching a Vortex V3 T-trim supercharger dyno tuned to produce a total of (circa) 504rwKw @16psi. Has upgraded fuel pumps and injectors and can be tuned by a SCT Flash tune to run on E85 or 98 unleaded. A heavy duty twin plate clutch fitted, intercooler & cold air intake. Has a full stainless exhaust system. Backed by a 6 speed manual this cobra ticks all the boxes.

Holden Commodore VL Berlina , factory delivered LV2 5.0L V8 Automatic car which has a spectacular history background,1 of 5 cars in 1988 supplied by Zupps and owned by GMH Holden Acacia Ridge QLD , was used by the Bridgestone Precision Driving Team . Managed by Lloyd Robertson.Prior to its exhibitions it was heavily modified by Ex-Rally Champ Murray Coote head of MCA Suspension and carried out the following works,*Rally Torsion Bars,* Koni Suspension, *Hydraulic Hand Brake, *Strut Suspension and Body Re-enforcement , paintwork with all graphics done by the current driver of the D-Max Team (Dave Shannon). This totally original and unrestored Palais White & factory Carmine Red interior is in excellent showroom condition throughout Build # 157/ 500. All matching numbers factory 5 litre 308 V8 and M21 4speed manual gearbox ,Travelled a genuine 78,000km with Log books and original HDT paperwork and all known history. This super rare VC Brock had upgrades by HDT which consisted of T5 5speed manual gearbox and a High Output engine and is a dream to drive, with all its electronics in perfect working order ridding on its original Irmscher wheels also retains the genuine Uniroyal spare radial and genuine radio.
