Built in one of the best colours offered in the XW range, Starlight Blue together with Dark Saddle interior. Adding desirability is the fact the car is fitted with its matching number Cleveland engine and a factory fitted Top Loader manual transmission. One of five built with these exact specifications. Sitting on nothing other than five slot wheels. Although an older restoration the car still presents beautifully because of minimal use by the current (fourth) owner of approximately 18 years. Full history is known on the car, which is included in the sale as well as a Ford verification letter, ACCHS report, some receipts, owner’s manual and old photos. Some would argue that the “Big Port” XB GTs were the last of the true muscle cars of the era. Only 139 examples produced at the beginning of the XB range to be fitted with both 4V heads along with the Top Loader four speed gearbox. What makes this one that little bit more special is the fact it is mostly untouched and somewhat of a survivor. Still wearing all its original Red Pepper paint and blackouts. Sitting on its original 12 slot wheels with dress rims and correct centre caps. Extremely solid car with no signs of any accident damage. Recently received a silver award at the 2025 Falcon GT Nationals in Shepparton, Victoria. The car has only ever had three owners, with the current one owning the car for 27 years.
