Genuine 6/1971 Ford Falcon XY GTHO Phase 3 in Vermilion Fire with all original Black trim, HO 4V Cleveland, 4 speed long shaft top loader, Nodular 9inch Diff and super fringe radio . After the HO PHASE3 hit our local Dealers it was instant success by the consumer as it backed it self at Bathurst Mount Panorama in 1st place. As a podium standout the PHASE3 was then known as King of the road and statistically the fastest production sedan ever built but only a limited number of 300 were produced, therefore made it an instant collectible and highly desirable to own and drive especially in this colour combo as it represented the colour scheme of the real race version back in 1971. Fast forward to current times it has become a great investment not only by the true enthusiast but super funds also. This particular car was used for promotional services by two major corporations, Ford Australia and Motorcraft back in 70,s and still retains its delivery papers , log books and service history, delivered by Allan Coffey Motors Dandenong VIC. After owning the car for the past 22years the current owner made the decision to carry out a major undercarriage restoration which was carried out by Super roo Garage , using all original and genuine components, phosphate , zinc plating and anodizing of all parts used to bring it back as it left the showroom floor and a general engine bay freshen up, maintaining its original shocks and boot mat, this car will surely satisfy the car enthusiast or investor.
