Here we have a very special car indeed. A 1973 Holden Torana XU-1 built by PETER & JAMES BROCK. The project began after Peter had retired from full time motor racing towards the end of 1997, allowing Brock to spend time working with his son James. It was the first race car James Brock built to participate in the Targa Tasmania event with his dad (co- driver) Peter Brock to compete in their first ever event together, where James was to be the navigator and Peter the driver. Originally raced in Royal Purple for the event, which was one of the final race cars Peter Brock raced in on a circuit In Australia. BROCKY then painted the car Dolly Yellow and later purchased by Trevor Young from Biante Model Cars which he created a small scale model of this super special icon. The car comes with CAMS log books and a stack of paperwork which verifies the great history behind this race car a true classic for the serious BROCK FAN to add to any collection. Car is located in our Kogarah facility, book an appointment to inspect a unique Brocky built special.
